1. We Host Nothing
AL Video Downloader does not host, store, cache, index, or archive any video or audio content. When a user requests a download, the file is streamed directly from the original platform's servers to that user's device and passes through our system without being written to disk. We hold no copy of any work at any time.
2. Acceptable Use
This service is intended for downloading content you own, content released under a licence that permits it such as Creative Commons, content in the public domain, and content you have the rights holder's permission to save. Downloading copyrighted material you do not own may be restricted by law in your country and is contrary to the terms of service of most major platforms. Responsibility for how the tool is used rests with the user.
3. Submitting a Notice
If you believe this service is being used in a way that infringes your rights, contact us at alvideodownloader.help@gmail.com with the subject line Copyright Notice. Please include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work concerned.
- Your relationship to the work and evidence of ownership or authority to act.
- The specific URLs or material at issue.
- Your full name, postal address, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
4. How We Respond
We acknowledge every notice within 5 business days. Because we store no files, our available remedies are to block specific URLs or domains from being processed by the service, and to restrict access where appropriate. We will tell you what action has been taken.
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line Counter Notice, including your contact details, identification of the restricted material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the restriction resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
6. Trademarks
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and Vimeo are trademarks of their respective owners. AL Video Downloader is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Platform names are used solely to describe compatibility.
